Der Hallenser DJ Rodek begann 1998 mit der Musik in einem Jugendclub und lernte an
CD- Playern und Plattenspielern sein Handwerk.
Er spielte auf verschiedenen kleinen Veranstaltungen Partymusik und Aktuelles,
was damals so angesagt war.
Mit der Zeit orientierte er sich um, verließ die Partymusik und konzentrierte sich auf Techno.
Sein Augenmerk lag hierbei beim Auflegen mit CD-Player, dies war aber nicht gut genug für Ihn.
So entdeckte Rodek, dass es auch andere Möglichkeiten gab, und zwar das Ganze auch Live zu spielen, um seinem Technostil den nötigen Feinschliff zu geben.
Seine Inspiration war der Film Berlin-Calling von und mit Paul Kalkbrenner. 
Bis heute ist Rodek seinem Stil treu geblieben, er spielt sowohl mit Live-Equipment und CDJ´s.
Mit seinem unverwechselbaren Stil begeistert er die Massen, sowohl auf Open Airs,
wie auch auf Festivals und in Clubs.

DJ Rodek from Halle started playing music in a youth club in 1998 and learned his trade on CD players and turntables.
He played party music at various small events and up-to-date events, which was popular at the time. Over time, he reoriented himself, leaving wedding and party music to focus more on techno.
His focus was on putting on a CD player, but it wasn't good enough for him.
So Rodek discovered that there were other options too, to perform live to fine-tune his techno style.
His inspiration was the film Berlin-Calling by and with Paul Kalkbrenner.  
To this day, Rodek has remained true to his style, playing with both live equipment and CDJ.  
With his unmistakable style, he delights the crowd, both at open airs as well as at festivals and in clubs.
